Don't Apologize
Some speakers tend to apologize to the audience when they are not well prepared.
We are in the opinion we should not apologize as it doesn't enhance the credibility of the speaker.

Be Early
We recommend that speaker or presenter be at the venue at least 15 minutes before the speaking time.
For cases where we need to setup the equipments, be there at least 30 minutes before the speaking time.

3Ps of Public Speaking
